Issue Position

As the grandson of dairy farmers, Paul knows the importance of agriculture to New York's economy. And while our farms are the backbone of the rural economy, they also serve as an economic development tool -- supporting countless other local small businesses, restaurants, repair stores and other jobs. Paul believes the Farm Bill must take into account all these dynamics and understands the unique nature of many of the small family farms in upstate New York.
