Senator Johnson made the following remarks on the release of the president's 2015 budget:

"I imagine President Obama's budget is dead on arrival. It deserves to be. Like many of his past budgets, it is a partisan political document, not a serious attempt to resolve the nation's financial crisis, grow our economy or create jobs."
