Issue Position

Date: Jan. 1, 2014

We must protect our country from foreign and domestic attacks as well as return as a leader on the world stage.

America must retake its leadership position, which can be accomplished by electing a President who is not afraid to lead. Above all else, we must protect our citizens and interests from foreign and domestic attacks and maintain our status as a global supowerpower. At the same time, we must maintain the proper balance between strong national security and safeguarding our personal liberties. The brave men and women who serve in our armed forces deserve our unflagging support and must be provided the tools and resources necessary to succeed.

We must respond to attacks on our diplomats and troops with every ounce of our military force and clean out federal agencies who have contributed to weakening our country's standing on the world stage. It is vital that we prosecute current and former federal officials who have participated, lied and covered up major international blunders, some of which have led to the death of Americans.
