Joyce Statement on Employer Mandate Delay

Statement

Date: Feb. 10, 2014
Location: Washington, DC

WASHINGTON- U.S. Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) released the following statement on President Obama's decision to delay part of the Affordable Care Act's employer mandate:

"The President is giving relief to corporations, while Ohio families and individuals are still stuck with the health care law's mandates and fines. This unilateral action taken by the President is further proof that the health care law hurts jobs and the economy, and I urge the President to work with Congress to extend relief to all Americans."
