Valadao Releases Statement on Obama Visit

HANFORD -- Following White House confirmation that President Barack Obama will be visiting Fresno next week, Congressman David G. Valadao (CA-21) released the following statement:

"Californians have been suffering from water shortages for many years. Following the legislation the California GOP Delegation and I introduced last week, I am cautiously optimistic that President Obama now understands the seriousness of the situation in the Central Valley. I stand ready to work with anyone, including the President, who is serious and willing to work to secure a reliable, clean water supply for the Central Valley."

Congressman David G. Valadao represents the 21st Congressional District, which includes Kings County and portions of Fresno, Tulare, and Kern Counties.
