U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement today on the latest State Department report concerning the Keystone XL Pipeline:

"The State Department just made it clear that President Obama is out of excuses. His own administration found no environmental justification for stalling thousands of new jobs. The President has said he'll make 2014 a year of action and here's his opportunity to make good on that promise by approving this project immediately. The American people shouldn't have to wait another day."
