Representative James Lankford (R-OK) released the following statement after the Obama Administration today once again delayed Obamacare's employer mandate for an additional year until 2016:
"Another day, another waiver. Once again the President has chosen to use his "pen' to change this broken law, instead of working with Congress directly to address the issues our nation faces with healthcare delivery. Republicans have consistently stated that Obamacare is not only a bad law, but it is also bad policy. The President is only delaying the inevitable with his Administration's string of excuses, which continues to highlight the law's burdensome and unworkable requirements on American families and businesses."
