Rep. Gosar Sponsors Bill to Protect Unborn Babies

Today, U.S. Congressman Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S. (AZ-04) co-sponsored the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act (H.R.7), legislation that would make the Hyde Amendment permanent law and end funding for abortion insurance coverage in ObamaCare.

After becoming a co-sponsor, Rep. Gosar said, "As a health care professional and a father of three wonderful children, I know that life is a precious gift from God. As an American, I firmly believe that we must always protect individual rights, including those of unborn babies."

"This bill permanently protects unborn babies from death by taxpayer-funded abortion," Rep. Gosar continued. "I am proud to co-sponsor this life-saving legislation."
