"I was heartened by many portions of the President's speech that struck a bipartisan tone. We need to find common ground so we can get things done, grow our economy and look to the private sector to create jobs.
"I wish the President would have expanded his bipartisan jobs agenda to include a commitment to building the Keystone XL pipeline. It would create thousands of American jobs, bolster our North American energy independence, and help prevent future home heating crises like the one we are currently experiencing in Wisconsin."
