McCollum Offers Condolences and Support to Tsunami Victims

The nations of Sri Lanka, Indonesia, India and Thailand along with communities across South Asia and Northern Africa are facing terrible devastation caused by the recent earthquake and tsunami, and I offer my deepest condolences to the people living in these countries.
The tragic loss of human life and destruction unite the United States and the entire international community in solidarity and support. I support a full response from the United States government to assist the emergency efforts as well as the humanitarian and reconstruction needs following this disaster.
