Fleming Urges Supreme Court to End Obamacare Attack on Religious Freedom

Congressman John Fleming, M.D., released the following statement after the U.S. Supreme Court announced today that it would hear two cases involving challenges to Obamacare's HHS Mandate:
"This is an important step toward stopping an Obamacare mandate that undermines a fundamental First Amendment protection. Employers should not be forced to abandon their deeply held religious beliefs to satisfy the Obamacare requirement that they provide coverage for items and services which violate core moral principles in their employee health insurance plans. It is my hope that the high court will restore the crucial Constitutional protections that these employers deserve."
