U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX-32), Chairman of the House Rules Committee and a Member of House Republican Leadership, today released the following statement regarding a report that ObamaCare navigators are advising applicants to lie when applying to the exchanges:
"ObamaCare is such a train wreck that the very people paid by the government to help Texans navigate the law are actually encouraging applicants to lie in order to avoid its devastating consequences. As a result, I believe that the House should investigate Texas' navigator program to ensure that the constituents I represent are protected from deliberate fraud and abuse. Today I sent a letter to the Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Darrell Issa, requesting a field hearing in Dallas. The House must take action and get to the bottom of this unacceptable behavior."
