Today, Congressman Jared Polis released the following statement about the passage of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) in the Senate:
"I am pleased that the Senate was able to work in a bipartisan fashion to protect the rights of LGBT Americans in the workplace. But the fight is far from over. The Employment Non-Discrimination Act in the House, a bill I introduced, has 196 co-sponsors, both Democrats and Republicans. I am confident that a majority of the House supports this legislation, and I will work with my Democratic and Republican colleagues to demand a vote on this important legislation."
