Today, I questioned Marilyn Tavenner, the Administrator for CMS, who oversees many aspects of the Affordable Care Act. You can watch the video. Republicans in Congress and Texas are attempting to obstruct the law's implementation at every turn. So far the Administration's response has been in adequate, we need more help to enroll Texans.
