Our federal government has gotten so big and so intrusive because our leaders have forgotten one of the foundational principles in our Constitution--federalism. It's time we returned to the intention of the 10th Amendment by eliminating federal agencies like the EPA, Energy, Education, and Commerce, returning those powers to the states where they belong.
