U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement today after the House passed H.R. 2775, the No Subsidies Without Verification Act.

"Hoosier families are just nineteen days away from being forced to enroll in ObamaCare's exchanges but the Obama Administration doesn't have a credible plan to prevent massive fraud. By writing subsidy checks to anyone who claims eligibility, the White House is gambling billions of taxpayer dollars in fraud and waste. This common sense legislation prevents the Administration from handing out subsidies until a responsible verification system is established but the American people know that ObamaCare isn't ready and never will be. Hoosiers back home want Congress to defund and permanently delay this train wreck while there's still time."
