Cotton Remembers September 11th

Statement

Date: Sept. 11, 2013
Location: Washington, DC

Congressman Tom Cotton (R-Dardanelle) released the following statement in remembrance of September 11th:

"Today we pause to remember the lives tragically taken from us twelve years ago. It is impossible for us to forget that day--the pain and sadness will forever be etched on our hearts. But we also remember the heroism and selflessness of those who put their lives in danger to help their fellow countrymen. We remember our unity and our strength and our country's great resolve.

"As we reflect today, let us also take a moment to remember the lives lost one year ago in the attack on the American Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Four brave men put their lives on the line in the fight against evil. We will honor their memory and continue to seek justice on their behalf. "
