Issue Position

Climate change is one of the greatest challenges facing our generation, and state by state solutions can only take us so far. We need the federal government to act, but extremist Republicans in Washington continue to deny the facts and the science.

It's time to get America running on clean energy like solar and wind power. Here in Massachusetts we have the technological know-how to power this transformation and to benefit from the jobs it will create.
Katherine supports strong regulations on fossil fuel power plants and a carbon tax system that will reduce reliance on fossil fuels. It will also level the playing field and encourage more development of clean energy.
