Scott Statement on Situation in Syria

Congressman Robert C. "Bobby" Scott issued the following statement on the situation in Syria:

"The revelations that the Syrian government used chemical weapons against innocent civilians are alarming. As the President continues to deliberate with our allies on how to respond to these atrocities, I fully expect the President to consult with Congress on what level of involvement, if any, our military should have."
