Rep. Takano (D-Riverside) released the following statement regarding the terrorist attack during the Boston Marathon:

"My thoughts and prayers are with the victims of today's senseless terrorist attack during the Boston Marathon. The bravery of the first responders on the scene exemplifies the American spirit and I have the utmost confidence in the authorities, who will undoubtedly bring the responsible parties to justice.
