U.S. Rep. Harold "Hal" Rogers (KY-05) offered the following response to President Barack H. Obama's February 12, 2013 State of the Union Address:

"Tonight's speech was another, tired rendition by this President for even bigger government, job stifling regulations that hurt our job creators, and boneheaded policies that weaken the prosperity and economic opportunity of all Kentuckians."
