Today, U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement regarding the passage of H.R. 444, the Require a PLAN Act:

"President Obama owes Hoosiers an honest explanation of when and how he would balance the budget. After all, every dime that Washington spends is saddled on current taxpayers or the next generation. My colleagues and I in the House have put our plans in plain view for all to see and it's time the President did the same."
