Issue Position: Separation of church and state

Issue Position

Church and government must maintain a separation and perform their independent roles. If the church would
become more active in the mission that God has given to the church the quality of government would increase.

Faith based organizations should be encouraged and supported when offering programs that contribute to an area
that brings stability to our society.
*
Religious organizations that promote violence or protect those who are violent toward America should not be
tax exempt.
*
Do believe that the Ten Commandments play an essential role in a nation being healthy and strong in every
aspect of its existence.
*
Do believe that America was founded by those who believed in and acknowledged God as Supreme Creator
and it is He who allowed America to come into existence. Therefore, while America is a land that allows
individuals to worship whomever they want America is One Nation Under God and that will be reflected
in my efforts.
