Issue Position

Maine is known throughout the world for its natural beauty and is rich in natural resources. Because of this, we have a vibrant tourism industry and potential to grow in the areas of local agriculture and forestry. I believe we must preserve our land for future generations through conservation and sustainable practices. I will work to support local conservation and agricultural initiatives, as well as protect funding for our state parks systems and the Maine Dept. of Environmental Protection.
