Issue Position

I fully support Governor Herbert's continuing review of all state regulation with an eye towards improving the state's business climate. While some regulation is necessary, at times, too often existing regulations have outlived their useful life and only serve as a deterrent to free market principles. Legislators must not overreact to every wind of change in the markets--too often failing to understand the unintended consequences of legislative action. Sometimes, in fact most times, doing nothing is the best solution.
