Ryan believes that all government services must be efficient and aligned to the needs of its customers- Rhode Islanders. For too long, government services have become synonymous with waste, poor service, and frustration. While it is a large undertaking, Ryan is committed to reviewing state services and authoring legislation or conducting oversight hearings to provide the best experience possible to Rhode Islanders at the most efficient cost.
