Issue Position: Bringing Good-Paying Jobs to Yonkers

Issue Position

Yonkers needs real economic growth to bring good-paying jobs to our community. Shelley will reach across party lines to expand opportunities for small and large businesses and create good-paying jobs for families in Yonkers. In her first six months in office, Shelley met with the executives of Yonkers' major employers to hear their concerns and make sure they knew she wants to work with them to create growth and good new jobs. She strongly supports an increase in New York's minimum wage.
