Allow Local Governments to Make the Choice -- Local governments should have the freedom to tailor their social services to best meet the needs of their residents and taxpayers, not by what special interest-led Albany says.

Prevent and Restrict the Costly Edicts -- It's time to sunset and remove existing mandates. It's also time to say "no' to new unfunded mandates.

Place Responsibility with Albany -- If they want them, they can pay for them.
