It's time we put Tennessee first-by giving Tennessee companies the first crack at all state contracts so our tax dollars create jobs here, not in other states or even other countries. We shouldn't be outsourcing good Tennessee jobs with good benefits when there are responsible, innovative and homegrown businesses and workers ready for the job.
