Issue Position

"While no legislator or candidate can claim that they will exclusively solve issues (tolling, accounting irregularities, light rail) surrounding the CRC, I will continue to support positions and existing legislation that past legislators have put forth."

a. Prevent tolling on Interstate 205.

b. Capping the overall CRC project costs.

c. Establishing a CRC project legislative oversight committee.

d. Require a comprehensive and independent budget analysis of revenues and expenses related to this project.

e. Ensure all CRC tolling revenue cannot be used for other projects or installed in perpetuity.

"The outcome of this project must be a transportation project that will last for the next 100 years. This requires an affordable, transparent, and solid solution that our kids and grandkids will thank us for."
