U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, today issued the following statement upon the release of the Department of Justice's Inspector General's report on Operation Fast and Furious:
"It has been 645 days since Agent Terry's death and his family is still left without answers. Today's report contains page after page of redacted information and does not reflect well on an Administration that pledged to be the most transparent in U.S. history. I ask the Attorney General to set aside his political allegiances and answer this simple question: Don't you think the Terry family and the American people deserve answers?"
