Issue Position

-Voted for tort reform, to relieve consumers and job providers of extra costs imposed by excessive litigation.

-Pushed through legislation establishing a state historic tax credit, a goal sought by community leaders and groups for fifteen years. Meant to encourage investment and redevelopment in historic parts of municipalities.

-Supported the state assistance that saved the Harley plant and good-paying jobs in Springettsbury Township.
