Chuck Hufstetler knows what cutting taxes will do. As a County Commissioner, he cut property taxes six times. The result was one of the best economic times in Floyd County's history. The county's debt was eliminated and tax-anticipation notes were done away with, saving the taxpayers millions in interest monies that previous commissions were paying.
