Today, the Sacramento Bee Editorial Board condemned the Do-nothing 112th Congress.

Dr. Ami Bera offered the following comment:

"Now is the time for bold leaders who will put the people first. Citizens across Sacramento County are sick and tired of the failed leadership and broken promises of career politicians in Washington, DC. That's why I pledge to sponsor the 'No Budget, No Pay' legislation that Congressman Lungren is singlehandedly blocking. This commonsense rule says that if members of Congress don't do their jobs and pass a responsible budget, they don't get paid."
