Joan strongly supports our local public schools and will fight for the state funds needed to help build new schools and to provide the necessary resources for quality education at all levels K-12.

Joan will continue to be an advocate for public higher education. We can count on her to fight for Salem State University and North Shore Community College. Keeping quality higher education affordable and accessible to local students is a priority.
