The Republican majority at the legislature recently passed draconian cuts to AHCCCS, Arizona's public health care program, and these cuts were signed into law by Governor Brewer. During the fight to save AHCCCS, Ruben spoke out against these cuts, and continues to advocate for the restoration of AHCCCS funds and expanded service for low and moderate-income families.
