Ruben has been a consistent voice for bipartisanship in the legislature. Of the 21 bills introduced or co-sponsored by Rep. Gallego that passed last session, all of them were sent to the governor with wide support from Democrats and Republicans. Ruben has also worked with the executive branch to pass important administrative reforms that have affected veterans and other at-risk groups statewide.
