Kerry Endorsed by Anti-American, Communist Leaders

MIAMI-Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (R-Fla.) today ridiculed the endorsements of John Kerry by a handful of foreign leaders.

"Since Kerry wanted foreign approval to matter in our election, I think it is important to note the only 'foreign leaders' who are on record as endorsing him," Diaz-Balart said. "Evidently, John Kerry is correct in his claim that some foreign leaders want him to be president; however, those "leaders" are North Korea, China and the former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad - a raging anti-Semite."

Additionally, Spanish President Jose-Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, who bowed to terrorists' wishes in pulling Spanish troops out of Iraq, is encouraging American voters to change leadership and support Kerry.

"Recently in front of Florida donors, Kerry boasted that unnamed foreign leaders want him to be president, but now Kerry has flip-flopped and is refusing foreign endorsements," Diaz-Balart continued. "Once you open Pandora's Box, you can't just ignore what comes out. Americans are not impressed with Kerry's endorsements by anti-American communist leaders and terrorist-appeasers.

"Considering Kerry's history in being sympathetic and supportive of Marxist leaders like Sandinista tyrant Daniel Ortega, I think it is quite telling that we have yet to hear from anyone other than these communist dictators who are no friends of the United States," Diaz-Balart concluded.
