Issue Position

No one knows all of the potential issues that might arise during my tenure as and Idaho State Representative. So how can I tell you how I will vote on a specific bill when we don't even know what issues will come up next legislative session? Even so, you deserve to understand and have confidence in how I will make my decision with regards to each and every bill that comes up for vote.

Therefore I have created my Candidate Clarity Statement that explains my thought process on how to vote on any issue that comes up. After thoroughly researching both sides of a bill, I will ask myself the following questions: 1 -- Is this bill in harmony with the intent of the Constitution of the United States and specifically the Bill of Rights? 2 - Is this bill in harmony with Idaho's Constitution? 3 -- Is this bill morally right? 4 -- Is this bill the right thing to do? 5 -- Does the bill follow the principles of a free market economy? In order for me support any piece of legislation; I have to be able to answer yes to all of these questions.
