Troy has worked on the boards of the Russell Area Chamber of Commerce and Russell Main Street, Inc. to enhance businesses and create jobs. The promotion of small businesses in our communities is pivotal to the 109th District. He supports the Rural Opportunity Zone because it gives those with a desire to live in Rural Kansas an incentive to move back to Central and Western Kansas.
