NO TAX INCREASES!

We need to educate our leaders on Hawaii's Tax System!

The G.E. Tax is a tax on doing business in this state. They say it is a tax that is passed on the consumer … Well, every cost is passed on to the consumer, but a business still must pay the G.E. Tax on its gross receipts, even in the absence of profit!

Somehow they don't understand the process (I pay LESS G.E. Tax today at 4.5% than I did at 4% because revenues are down that far)!!
