Today, Congressman Al Green (TX-09) released the following statement on the Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Care Act:

"Today's ruling by the Supreme Court is a victory for America. I was proud to cast a vote for the Affordable Care Act designed to end unfair discrimination based on gender, preexisting conditions, employment status, and age when obtaining health insurance. It is my sincere hope that today's ruling will enable the U.S. to continue making progress towards providing comprehensive and affordable healthcare for all Americans."
