Kerry's Goal: Make Terrorists a Nuisance?
Diaz-Balart: Fallen Buildings and Deaths of Innocents Never a Nuisance

WASHINGTON-Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (R-Fla.) today responded to John Kerry's comment over the weekend that "We have to get back to the place where terrorists are a nuisance like gambling and prostitution."

"Contrary to what John Kerry seems to think, fallen buildings and deaths of innocents is never a nuisance," Diaz-Balart said. "Kerry's flip-flopping may be a nuisance, but terrorism is not.

"Once again, we see a clear difference between President Bush's vision and John Kerry's myopia," Diaz-Balart continued. "The President is fighting and committed to winning the War on Terror while Kerry's goal evidently sees terrorists as merely an annoyance.

"I think it is evident that John Kerry is living in a fantasy world, far detached from reality."
