I went to the House Floor to speak out against H.R. 4628, the Interest Rate Reduction Act. This piece of legisaltion is paid for by dismantling a core piece of the Affordable Care Act. It is unexceptable to pay for this legislation on backs of the middle class, aspiring middle class and the poor who desperately need access to both affordable healthcare and low student loan interest rates.
