Statement

"On the anniversary of the raid on Osama bin Laden's compound I want to once again recognize the highly trained and effective intelligence and security forcesthat were able to hunt down bin Laden and carry out a very sophisticated and complex mission. President Obama made a difficult and courageous decision to carry out that raid and as a result alQaeda is in tatters and the mastermind of the worst terrorist act in our history has been brought to justice.

"We have made good progress in the war on terror and the President should move as quickly as possible to bring home all our troops in Afghanistan."
