Today, Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., made the following statement on the House passage of the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act as amended by the Senate. The legislation will now go to the President.
"This legislation not only helps our nation's job creators and entrepreneurs, it reassures the American people that there is still a chance for good, bipartisan policy to work its way through an otherwise divided Washington. This bill will have very real and immediate positive effects on our economy. I am honored to have joined House Republicans in unveiling the original JOBS Act just a few weeks ago."
