Q: What do you think the best solution is to fund Social Security for the future?

A: Social Security is completely solvent through 2037. I have never and will never support any move to privatize or compromise Social Security's guaranteed, life-long benefits, which provide essential income for millions of Americans, especially those with modest incomes. Social Security is the primary source of income for 64% of retiree households, and one out of three relies on Social Security for all or almost all of their income.
