The price of energy is embedded in everything we buy from the supermarket to the car lot. Regulations and mandates that stifle energy production are dragging down our economy, especially in Kentucky. Thomas supports the REINs act that Geoff Davis championed because it limits the power of unelected bureaucrats to impose economically crippling regulations.
