Issue Position

One of the single most important things we can do to grow our economy is end frivolous lawsuits. Businesses, workers, and doctors are being devastated by predatory litigation that is hurting our ability to grow businesses and create jobs. In order to improve healthcare and make our businesses and workers more competitive we need tort reform. Our quality of life will improve when we have an environment in which doctors and businesses feel that they have a fair shake and that they operate in a region conducive to growth and opportunity.
