Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 1 p.m. on Monday, September 27. I further ask that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved, and the Senate then begin a period of morning business until 2 p.m., with the time equally divided between the two leaders or their designees; provided that at 2 p.m. the Senate proceed to consideration of S. 2845, the Intelligence Reform bill, as provided under the previous order.
